ZUMBA® FITNESS LESSONS

Zumba® is a combination of Latin and worldwide dance with aerobics. Salsa, merengue, reggaeton, Indian, cumbia…and many more basic steps to dance and have fun too.
However hard your day was Zumba® is designed to boost your energy, cardio, body and happiness!
EQUIPMENT / DRESS CODE
No special equipment is required. Bring a water bottle, and towel or wristband for sweat! On hotter days you may require a change of top with you.
For Adults, dress as you want to feel comfortable, but in clothing that allows free movement, leggings, joggers, and t-shirt for example. Trainers for footwear, prefer trainers that are designed for aerobics or are well worn down to allow twisting movements without excessive grip and preferably shoes that have not been outside. Zumba® classes are aerobic so we suggest ladies wear crop tops/sports bra for correct support. Remove any unnecessary jewellery for safety reasons. Contact us for full details.
ABOUT
Zumba® is an aerobic class, should you have an injuries or health issues you can adapt the class accordingly (for example avoid jumping) alternatively you can try Zumba® Gold which is specifically designed without jumping of large hip movements to protect older age groups and people with injuries or health issues that should not participate in aerobic activities.
INDIVIDUALS / GROUPS
The Zumba® classes are group classes. Online classes are also available via zoom.
PRICE
There is a registration fee of 10 euros for all new students. Prices for classes depend on group or individual and dance style, please contact us for details. Special prices apply to families with more than one member attending classes and individuals attending more than one dance class style.
TEACHER
Yvette trained at Elmhurst Ballet School in England and has been a registered I.S.T.D. dance teacher since 1997 and a licensed Zumba® Instructor since 2012. She has worked professionally as a dancer and taught dance for many years in both England and Greece.
