DANCE & FITNESS CLASSES FOR ADULTS
Centre Dance offers dance and fitness classes for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or advanced level.
- If you have any kind of health issues, for example, problems with your back or knees, we suggest yoga for strengthening, and to avoid aerobic classes. Also see our classes for OLDER ADULTS which have limited jumping movements, less stress on knee and hips joints and are suitable also for people trying dance and fitness for the first time.
ADULT BALLET
The adult ballet class is for all level from beginner to advance. For correct stance, muscle tone and fun!
BALLROOM & LATIN
Learn different styles of Ballroom Dance and Latin Dance. Different dance style from across Europe and the world such as salsa, cha cha.
GREEK FOLK DANCING
Learn the traditional Greek folk dances zeibekiko, xasapiko, xasaposerbika and sirtaki.
MUSICAL THEATRE
The musical theatre class is your chance to learn choreographies with the styles from Broadway, the West End and musical films.
BODY TONING
Toning classes are 30 minutes long and comprise a variety of exercises that tone all parts of your body
YOGA (Vinyasa Krama)
Yoga is an ancient practice from India. It promotes flexibility, calmness and strength, connecting the mind, breath and body.
