DANCE & FITNESS CLASSES FOR ADULTS

Centre Dance offers dance and fitness classes for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or advanced level.

  • If you have any kind of health issues, for example, problems with your back or knees, we suggest yoga for strengthening, and to avoid aerobic classes. Also see our classes for OLDER ADULTS which have limited jumping movements, less stress on knee and hips joints and are suitable also for people trying dance and fitness for the first time.

The adult ballet class is for all level from beginner to advance. For correct stance, muscle tone and fun!

At Centre Dance we teach tap from beginners to advanced for all ages. Tap shoes have metal on the front and back.
